Help BNY Mellon spread the word about issues faced by youth aging out of foster care!  BNY Mellon is a potential finalist in the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship 2013 Film Festival!  BNY Mellon has been a generous supporter of AFC and a tireless advocate for youth in foster care.

As you may know, BNY Mellon supports a global signature initiative called the Pathways Program, which provides youth with the academic, workforce development and life skills needed to successfully transition out of the foster care system and into adulthood. In an effort to raise awareness about this social issue, BNY Mellon created a video about the challenges faced by this vulnerable population and the contributions they can make to society, if the right interventions and investments are made.  The video specifically mentions the role mentoring can play in the life of a young person and the importance of supporting organizations like AFC.

Through March 1st, we are asking you to please vote for the BNY Mellon Pathways Program video and bring much needed attention to an important issue with the simple click of a mouse.
