Silver Lining Mentoring recently had the opportunity to participate in a virtual LabStorm session with Feedback Labs, a nonprofit organization that believes people are the best experts in their own lives and helps make feedback the norm in aid, philanthropy, nonprofits, and government.

Youth voice is essential to Silver Lining’s programs and is at the heart of everything we do. For example, our Participant Advisory Board reviews program ideas and give input to various events and surveys, enabling staff make the most youth-centered, youth-driven decisions.

During the session, we explored even more ways that we can gather input and feedback from the young people we serve.
