Empower Your Volunteers, Empower Your Youth
Join our FREE, 4-part virtual Learning Cohort on Volunteer Screening and Management for youth impacted by foster care.
About the Learning Cohort
At Silver Lining Mentoring, we believe that consistent, caring adults can change a young person’s life. But training, and retaining those volunteers—especially when serving youth impacted by foster care—requires a specialized approach.
Through the Silver Lining Institute, we’re opening our doors to share 25 years of experience. This free, virtual Learning Cohort is designed specifically for youth-serving organizations. Together, we’ll tackle common challenges, share best practices, and build a community of peers dedicated to elevating the standard of volunteer management.
Whether you are revamping your training programs or looking for new ways to support your current mentors, this cohort will give your team the practical tools they need to succeed.
